Approve Minutes of September meeting
New Business – Grand Opening our new space and new partnership with PAS (Princeton Art Society). Date is Wednesday, November 8th, 1 – 3 pm with seniors, BOS, TA, Reps. Kim Ferguson and Harriet Chandler. Refreshments?
Painting and setting up the foyer as well as other things we want to get done before 11/8. - Help with Senior Thanksgiving Luncheon with Judy Breen and Congo church folks. Fran Thomas’ brother will do a program on hiking the Appalachian Trail (free). TBD what he needs for equipment.
Old Business – continuation of calendar / future event planning - Friendly visitor program - Halloween party plans Rhythm an easy listening band from Leominster is coming to entertain us.
Food: - Jane – punch - Linda – butternut bisque (squash) soup, tray of sandwiches from Hannaford’s, oyster crackers, cream for coffee, 2 @ $25.00 gift cards from Hannaford’s for 1st and 2nd prize for costumes, paper goods - ??? – pumpkin or apple pies? Ice cream? Decorations????
